These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OnePrompts.io (the "Service"), provided by OnePrompts ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

OnePrompts uses artificial intelligence to generate websites, written content, images, brand kits and marketing content from your descriptions, and lets you edit and publish them.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). You are responsible for activity under your account.

Credits, plans and billing

  • AI actions use credits as shown on our pricing and billing pages. If an AI action fails, its credits are refunded automatically.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Each paid month adds that plan's credits; unused credits roll over up to a total of 2 months of allowance.
  • The Free plan includes one-time welcome credits and a small monthly top-up.
  • You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then returns to Free. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
  • We may change prices or credit costs with reasonable advance notice.

Your content

You own the content you provide and the websites and content generated for you, to the extent permitted by law. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, display and publish that content solely to provide the Service. If you opt in to our showcase, you also allow us to display screenshots of and a link to your published site until you withdraw.

AI-generated content

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, including prices, claims, medical, legal or financial information, and for making sure your site complies with the laws that apply to your business.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harassing; to impersonate others; to distribute malware or phishing; to collect sensitive data without a lawful basis; or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Published websites

Published sites are publicly accessible. We may unpublish a site that breaks these Terms or the law. Subdomains on OnePrompts.io remain our property and are provided to you while your account is in good standing.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above; for significant changes we will notify you in advance by email.
