This Privacy Policy explains what information OnePrompts ("we", "us") collects when you use OnePrompts.io (the "Service"), how we use it and the choices you have. We keep it short and specific to what the Service actually does.
Information we collect
Account information. Your name, email address and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in readable form.
Content you create. The descriptions (prompts) you write, your chat instructions, the websites, brand kits and marketing content generated for you, and any images you upload.
Form submissions on your published sites. When visitors to a website you published submit a contact or booking form, we store that submission so you can read it in your inbox. For this information you decide what to collect, and we process it on your behalf.
Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your plan, payment status and a customer reference; we never see or store your full card details.
Technical information. Basic request data such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the Service secure (for example to limit repeated sign-in attempts), and page view counts for published sites.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
How we use information
- To provide the Service: generating, editing, storing and publishing your websites and content
- To operate your account, credits and billing
- To send essential emails, such as password resets
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse
- To feature your site in our public showcase, only if you opt in; you can withdraw at any time
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) process your prompts and content to generate text and images
- Stripe for payments
- Resend for transactional email
- Hosting, database and storage providers that run our infrastructure
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete individual websites at any time from your dashboard, and you can delete your whole account from Settings, which removes your projects and content. Some records (for example payment records) may be retained where the law requires.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, secure session cookies, access controls and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of any breach where required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request and we will respond within the time required by law.
Children
The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will post the new version here and update the date above; for significant changes we will notify you by email.
